We're building ORDENTRA with a founding cohort of 8 design partners.

ORDENTRA is pre-launch. Rather than run a splashy GA campaign, we are spending 2026 building alongside a small group of operators who already know what’s broken and are willing to help us fix it the right way.
Who we’re looking for

Four criteria, in no particular order.

The design partner cohort is limited to eight companies. We are optimising for depth of feedback, not breadth of logos. If three of the four below describe you, we’d like to hear from you.

Criterion 01

Mid-market or enterprise operations team

You run procurement, inventory, trade operations, or OPEX at a company where the ledger matters and the fragmentation hurts. We are not the right fit for single-warehouse startups.

Criterion 02

Currently fragmented tooling

You are running operations on a mix of SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, homegrown systems, and a dozen spreadsheets, and you already know which of those is the source of the pain.

Criterion 03

Weekly feedback commitment

A named operations lead willing to spend 30 minutes a week with us through Q2–Q3 2026. Honest feedback beats polite feedback, every time.

Criterion 04

Budget authority

An operations leader, CFO, or CPO with actual budget authority. We would rather work with the person who signs the contract than the person who shepherds it.

The founding team implements ORDENTRA with you, hand in hand. You get solutions architects, engineers, and the product team on the same call — no handoffs, no tickets, no tiered support.

Founding-partner pricing, locked

A pricing tier reserved for the founding cohort, locked for the lifetime of your contract. As we grow, your pricing does not.

Direct Slack to the team

A shared Slack channel with the founders and engineers building the product. Bugs, asks, and arguments land in the same place we do our daily stand-ups.

Roadmap influence

Your top three product asks get built. We mean that literally — every design partner ships three prioritised features into the roadmap and we do not reprioritise them without a conversation.

Three small commitments, one big outcome.

This is the bar for being a design partner. If any of it feels unreasonable, the program is probably not the right shape for you — and that’s a completely valid answer.

    30 minutes a week, for two quarters

    One weekly product-feedback call with the founding team through Q2 and Q3 2026. We show up, you show up, the product gets better.

  • 02

    Named as a launch partner (optional)

    If you want a logo on the launch page and a shared story to tell, we would love that. If you would rather stay private through GA, that is fine too — the program works either way.

  • 03

    Honest feedback

    Tell us what is broken, what is missing, and what we got wrong. We would rather hear it on a call than read it in a churn exit interview a year later.

    Apply

    Fill out the contact form or email the team directly. Tell us what you run, what’s broken, and what a good outcome looks like for you.

  2. 02

    Intro call

    A 45-minute conversation with the founding team. We show you what we have built, you show us what you run. No slides, no SDR.

  3. 03

    Implementation

    Two-to-four weeks of hands-on implementation with the engineering team. You go live on ORDENTRA alongside your existing systems — no rip-and-replace.

  4. 04

    Launch Q2–Q3 2026

    You are live, we are iterating weekly, and we are building toward GA together. Your feedback is shaping the product an operator will pick up in 2027.
