Production-ready procurement for discrete and process manufacturers.

ORDENTRA unifies bill-of-materials, multi-plant inventory, and supplier qualification on a single operational ledger. Built for the 14-plant manufacturer whose procurement, planning and quality teams are still reconciling three systems every morning.
THE OPERATIONAL REALITY

Your procurement lives in one system, your planning in another, and your suppliers in a third spreadsheet. Every BOM change triggers 14 status meetings.

Discrete and process manufacturers carry the highest structural coordination load of any industry we deploy into. Plants, PLM, MRP, QA, and procurement were all bought in different decades, from different vendors, and bolted together by the same three analysts who now spend 60% of their week reconciling master data instead of running the business.

The reality

Procurement, planning, and suppliers live in three systems that never reconcile.

Today

Every BOM change triggers 14 status meetings. Buyers chase ECO impact in spreadsheets. Master data drifts across plants.

With ORDENTRA

BOM changes cascade to open POs, MRP, and supplier notices in one pass. One ledger, one source of truth for every plant.

The reality

Long-lead components and single-source suppliers run the schedule, not the planner.

Today

Planners pad safety stock to cover 22-week castings. Emergency buys absorb whatever margin the quarter had left.

With ORDENTRA

Lead-time intelligence models supplier risk, capacity and dual-sourcing. Buyers see the exposure before the shortage lands.

The reality

Quality holds and engineering changes orphan inventory in half a dozen warehouses.

Today

Parts sit on hold for weeks while QA, engineering, and finance argue about disposition. Carrying cost silently compounds.

With ORDENTRA

Quality holds, MRB workflows, and ECO-triggered rework are handled inside the same ledger as procurement and inventory.

THE MANUFACTURING PLAYBOOK

Six capabilities that come pre-tuned, not six years of services work.

Every ORDENTRA manufacturing deployment starts with these six capabilities active from week one — calibrated for the operational model you already run, not a blank-sheet rebuild.

BOM-linked procurement

Multi-level bills of materials wired directly to purchase orders, MRP, and supplier commits — so a revision never leaves an open PO orphaned.

Designed to prevent orphaned POs post-ECO

Multi-plant stock transfers

Inter-plant transfers with in-transit visibility, landed-cost attribution and automated GL postings across up to 40 sites on one tenant.

Target: hours, not days, per transfer cycle

Supplier qualification workflow

PPAP, capability audits, NDA, and financial review gated into a single pipeline with named approvers and expiring certifications.

Designed to compress qualification to 4 weeks

Long-lead-time planning

Horizon planning up to 78 weeks with supplier capacity signals, dual-source scoring, and anchor-buy recommendations.

Built to cut emergency buys by 60%+

Engineering change orders

ECOs flow from PLM into procurement with revision-aware substitution, obsolescence windows, and automated supplier notices.

Targeting mean ECO close under 6 days

Quality hold management

Non-conformance, MRB disposition, rework orders, and supplier chargebacks tracked inside the same ledger as PO receipts.

Designed to cut scrap through faster disposition
DESIGN TARGETS

What we’re building toward, measured at the plant.

Targets set with our founding design-partner cohort for discrete and process manufacturers. Calibrated against multi-plant estates with ERP, PLM, and MES fragmentation.

Target: +30%
BOM fulfilment

Design target for on-time delivery against the released production schedule in multi-plant estates.

Target: −60%
Emergency buys

Goal for reducing expedited freight and premium spot-buys as a share of total PO value.

Target: 4 wks
Qualification cycle

Design target for new-supplier PPAP and capability qualification cycle time.

Target: −20%
Scrap rate

Goal for first-pass yield improvement once ECO-linked rework loops are consolidated on one ledger.

Design targets set with founding partners. Measured outcomes at GA, Q2 2026.

COMPLIANCE COVERAGE

Audit evidence your quality team can export, without a separate GRC tool.

Manufacturing carries a compliance stack that rarely maps cleanly to off-the-shelf ERP. Automotive customers answer to IATF 16949 and PPAP. Aerospace customers answer to AS9100 and first-article inspection. Process manufacturers layer on RoHS, REACH, and conflict-minerals reporting on top of ISO 9001.

ORDENTRA treats each framework as a first-class constraint on procurement, inventory, and supplier workflows. Evidence is generated as operations happen — not reconstructed two weeks before the external auditor arrives.

Standards supported out of the box
  • ISO 9001Quality management
  • IATF 16949Automotive
  • AS9100Aerospace
  • ISO 14001Environmental
  • RoHSRestricted substances
  • REACHEU chemical
  • ITARDefence exports

Audit exports, evidence bundles, and named-user access logs are generated on demand — no separate GRC bolt-on required.

ORDENTRA is being built from the plant floor up. If you run a discrete or process manufacturing estate where BOM revisions, multi-plant stock, supplier qualification, and quality holds all live in different systems — and you are tired of reconciling them every morning — we want to build with you.

We are taking on a small founding cohort of manufacturing design partners before Q2 2026 GA. Design partners get weekly build sessions with the founding team, input on the BOM, quality, and ECO workflows, and pricing locked for the first two years of GA.

FAQ · MANUFACTURING

Questions quality, engineering and procurement ask in the first call.

Everything we have heard from the last 40 industry deployments. If something is missing, ask during the demo.

Do you replace our PLM, or integrate with it?

We integrate. ORDENTRA subscribes to BOM releases and ECOs from Teamcenter, Windchill, Arena, and Enovia through their native APIs — and we keep revision history, effectivity dates, and obsolete-part windows intact. Customers keep PLM as the source of truth for engineering; ORDENTRA becomes the source of truth for what actually gets bought and built.

How do you handle single-source and long-lead components?

The planning horizon runs out to 78 weeks with supplier capacity signals, historical on-time performance, and risk scoring on concentration, geography, and financial health. Planners can lock anchor buys against a dual-source qualification in progress, and the system flags exposure the moment a supplier confirms below the committed capacity curve.

Can ORDENTRA run multi-plant with different ERPs per site?

Yes. We typically land in mixed-ERP estates — SAP at corporate, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics at acquired plants — and become the operational layer that unifies procurement and inventory across them. Master data mapping, unit conversions, and GL account translation are configured per site in the first three weeks of deployment.

How long is a typical manufacturing deployment?

ORDENTRA is pre-launch with Q2 2026 GA. Our planned pilot shape is 6 to 9 weeks on a single plant including integrations to ERP, PLM, MES, and the top five suppliers by spend, with multi-plant rollout adding 3 to 5 weeks per wave of sites. Exact timelines will be tuned with the founding design-partner cohort before general availability.

READY TO DEPLOY

Ready to deploy ORDENTRA in your manufacturing estate? Start with one plant.

A single-plant pilot runs 6–9 weeks including ERP, PLM, MES and top-supplier integrations. Multi-plant rollouts add 3–5 weeks per wave. The deployment team is led by engineers who have shipped manufacturing cutovers, not account managers.

What makes your manufacturing deployment different
  • Master data mapping across mixed-ERP estates in the first three weeks
  • PPAP, AS9100 and IATF 16949 evidence generated inside the ledger
  • Supplier onboarding sequenced to your top 20 by spend and lead time
  • Go-live runbook tuned to your plant-floor change windows
