We would rather ship one module that an operator trusts than five that nobody runs in production. Every claim we make is one we intend to stand behind on a reference call.
ORDENTRA started with a simple observation. After years running procurement and inventory operations inside large enterprises, the founding team kept seeing the same pattern: three or four systems that don't talk to each other, a dozen spreadsheets stitching them together, and a CFO who doesn't find out about a problem until month-end close is already broken.
The question we started with was not “how do we replace SAP.” It was “how do we make every transaction appear in exactly one place, once, with full provenance, across whatever systems an operations team already has.” That question is what ORDENTRA is built to answer.
We started building in 2024, in Amsterdam, with one stubborn bet: that unifying Order Management, Trade Operations, and Inventory Control on a single real-time ledger would do more for an operations team than any amount of AI glued onto fragmented point tools. We are still early, we are still small, and we are deliberately building with a founding cohort of design partners rather than chasing a splashy launch.
We keep the principles short because every engineer and designer at ORDENTRA should be able to recite them on the call. When a decision is ambiguous, we go back to these four.

ORDENTRA does not replace your ERP unless you want it to. We are building to sit in the seams where SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and homegrown systems already live and produce a consistent ledger across all of them.
Your data stays in the region you specify. Single-tenant deployments in EU and US are the first two targets. We do not and will not train foundation models on customer data.
Roadmap, pricing, contract language, and the real shape of the company are visible to every design partner from the first conversation. We would rather be honest and boring than polished and vague.
ORDENTRA is a small founding team of engineers, product people, and operations veterans who spent years inside enterprise supply chains before deciding to go build something. We are remote-first, EU-based, and headquartered in Amsterdam.
We’re hiring our first cohort across engineering, product, and solutions. Everyone joining in 2026 will be among the first twenty employees — and we’d rather you read the careers page than the marketing copy.
We’d rather publish a short, honest snapshot than a long list of numbers we don’t yet have. Here’s where we are.
A 30-minute, no-sell conversation with a solutions architect who has deployed ORDENTRA at Global 2000 operations teams. Bring the hardest question your CFO has asked this quarter — we’ll answer it on the call.
Hosted by a founding team member, not a BDR script.
We pull your existing ERP, commerce, and data footprint onto one canvas before the call — no questionnaires.
A live walkthrough of a peer in your vertical running ORDENTRA at scale. Real data, real workflows.
Bring your hardest questions. We answer on the call, in writing, with your security team copied.
